How to Be Free From Unforgiveness

How to be free of unforgiveness when someone has hurt you badly. I wish that it was something very easy to do, but it’s not. It takes time, patience and a willingness to forgive. I think many people hold unforgiveness as a way of trying to hold the person or persons captive to what they do.

But many times the only one that is held captive is you. The person that caused the pain is going on and living their life free and happy. Sometime they may not even know that they hurt you. But you are the one that is sad, angry and depressed. Unforgiveness will make you mentally sick causing deep depression and in turn will make you physically sick. It can even lead to death.

Is it really worth feeling this way? I would say no. Now I do realize that they may deserve to be unforgiven because of what was done. But let me ask you a question. How many people have you hurt in your life that you needed to forgive you?

Beginners, Yoga, and Fun

Beginners, yoga, and fun are words that go hand in hand. If you have decided to do yoga, you probably have some questions. This article should give you a good start by pointing you in the right direction.

The first thing you need to do is to find a style of yoga that is right for you. For most beginners, yoga is a new world. The wealth of new information can be overwhelming. However, by simply doing some research on the internet or in the library, you can find out a lot about the different styles of yoga and the entire new yoga world. If you read some of my other articles, you can find some more information on specific types of yoga. I would suggest the hatha style as the best style to start with, but the important thing is to find the type you like.
